WARMUP – Goblet Squat x 5 – 24kg Kettlebell, Jump rope – 30 skips each leg

TABATASQUATS x 4 minutes
8 rounds – Squat for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest each set – Total 120 reps

OVERHEAD PRESS
140lb x 5reps
140lb x 4reps

PUSHUPS / PULLUPS
10 sets – 10 pushups / 5 pull-ups
