TUESDAY; 5PM

WARMUP: 45LB Bar combination – 20 reps: OHS, Good Morning, RDL; Squat 135 x 10 reps; 225 x 5 reps

CIRCUIT (4 minute recovery)
Jump Rope 50 reps x 4 sets
Squat 235lbs x 3 reps x 4 sets
Pullups 10 reps x 4 sets

ALFREDSON HEEL DROPS (10 sec each rep)
15 reps x 2 sets each leg with 25lbs
