PISTOL SQUAT
5reps each leg

PULLUPS
+ 75LBS x 1
+ 50lbs x 3

KNEELING 1 ARM LANDMINE PRESS
90lbs x 8reps x 3 sets each side

JUMP ROPE
10sets of 50skips

HANGING LEG RAISE
2 sets of 4 reps
(7 second hold each rep / 2 sec recovery)
