THURSDAY 5:30PM

WARMUP: 45LB Bar combination – 20 reps: OHP, OHS, Good Morning, RDL; Squat 135 x 10 reps; 225 x 2

CIRCUIT – Repeat for 5 sets (3 – 4 minute recovery)
Squat 255lbs x 2 reps
Jump Rope 50 reps
Pullups 8 reps
Pushups 20 reps
One Arm Row (24kg) 5 each side

ALFREDSON HEEL DROPS (10 sec each rep)
15 reps x 2 sets each leg with 35lbs

HANGING LEG RAISE
2 sets of 4 reps
(7 second hold each rep / 2 sec recovery)
