THURSDAY – 5:30PM

WARMUP: Jump Rope, Hip Thrust 300lbs x 8 reps x 2sets; Squat 135 x 10; 205 x 5

CIRCUIT – Repeat for 2 sets (4 minute recovery)
Squat 245lbs x 5 reps
Box Jump – 18″ (drop & jump x 4 directions)
Pull-ups 10 reps
Ring Pushups 15 reps (legs elevated)
Jump Rope 75 reps

CIRCUIT – Repeat for 2 sets (4 minute recovery)
Overhead Press 140lbs x 5 reps
Pull-ups 10 reps
Ring Pushups 15 reps (legs elevated)
Jump Rope 75 reps
