WARMUP: Jump Rope; Goblet Squat; Hip Thrust 320lbs x 5 x 4sets; 60 meter hill run @ 50% effort x 4

DEADLIFT / HILL SPRINT
320lbs x 2 reps x 4 sets (hook grip)
60Meters x 4 reps (90% effort)

OVERHEAD PRESS
135lb x 2 reps
155lb x 2 reps
135lb x 6 reps

ALFREDSON HEEL DROP (10 sec each rep)
15 reps x 2 sets each leg with 50lbs

HANGING LEG RAISE
3 sets of 4 reps
(7 second hold each rep / 2 sec recovery)

PULL-UPS
+50lbs x 4
