REVERSE MUSCLE UP  (10 seconds top to bottom)
10 reps

PISTOL SQUAT  (with single leg hop onto 7″ box)
5 reps x 3 sets  each leg

DEPTH JUMP
24″ x 10

JUMP ROPE
5sets of 75skips
