WARMUP: Goblet Squat – 5 secs down 1 up x 5;  60 meter hill run @ 70% effort x 4

CIRCUIT (4 min recovery)
Hip Thrust – 320lbs x 5 reps
Deadllift – 320 x 3 reps (hook grip)
60 Meter Hill Sprint x 4 reps (95% effort)

REVERSE MUSCLE UP
5 reps x 2 sets

PUSH PRESS
185lb x 1 rep x 3 sets
