THURSDAY – 5:30PM

WARMUP: Jump Rope, Hip Thrust 135lbs  x 20 (single leg); 225lbs x 15 reps; Squat 135 x 10; 185 x 5; 225 x 2

CIRCUIT – Repeat for 3 sets (4 minute recovery)
Squat 255lbs x 3 reps
Pull-ups 10 reps
Ring Pushups 12 reps (legs elevated)
Jump Rope 100 reps
