SQUAT

185 x 5
225lbs x 5reps x 2 sets

BENCH PRESS
135 x 10
225 x 3
300 x 1 x 5 sets (eccentric portion of lift – 4 secs top to chest)
225 x 3

DEADLIFT
300 x 2 reps x 3 sets (pronated grip)

JUMP ROPE
100 X 5 sets
