Goblet Squat x 10 reps (24kg KB)
Hip Thrust x 10 reps (225lb)
Pull-up x 5
Single Leg Romanian Dead Lift x 10 reps (24kg KB)

SPRINT DRILLS
A Skip x 40 meters
Dribbling x 40 meters
Scissors x 40 meters
