SUNDAY; 10AM

WARMUP: Jump Rope; Supine Leg Whip – 10 each leg; Turkish Getup x 5 each side with 24kg KB

HILL SPRINT
150meters x 5 reps (4′ recovery each rep)

KETTLEBELL SNATCH – 24Kg
115 reps  – 5 minutes

ALFREDSON HEEL DROP
10 secs x 15 reps each leg – 30lb

HANGING LEG RAISE
2 sets x 4 reps x 8 secs – 2 secs recovery

NOTE:

  • Waking resting heart rate 49bpm
  • right achilles sore after KB snatches
