SATURDAY; 10AM;

WARMUP: Supine Leg Whip – 3 sets of 10 each side

1 SET OF 10 REPS
Hip Thrust – 230lbs
Deadlift – 230lbs
Squat – 160lbs
Overhead Press – 95lbs
Bench Press – 160lbs
Pullup x 10
Chinup x 10
Ab Wheel x 10
Single Arm Row 24kg x 10 each arm

ALFREDSON HEEL DROP
+25lb – 15 reps each leg

NOTE:
AM RHR – 48bpm
Last exercise HR 109bpm; 2 min recovery 90bpm
Head and chest cold since Tuesday.  Last cold was November 2011
Body Weight down 7 lbs over past 25 days.
