SPRINT (60 meter hill; 1 minute recovery)

Bench Press – 185lbs
Squat – 185lbs
Chinup x 12
Deadlift – 275lbs (clean grip)
Hip Thrust – 275lbs
Pullup x 12
Overhead Press – 95lbs
Ab Wheel x 12

ALFREDSON HEEL DROP (+35LBS)
1set of 15 reps each leg
