Bench Press – 185lbs
Squat – 185lbs
Chinup
Deadlift – 225lbs (clean grip)
Hip Thrust – 225lbs
Pullup
Overhead Press – 95lbs
Single Leg Deadlift – 10 each leg
Pistol Squat

ALFREDSON HEEL DROP (+35LBS)
1 set of 15 reps each leg

NORDIC HAMSTRING EXERCISE
2 sets of 8 reps

NOTE:
AM Heart Rate – 43 bpm
1 minute recovery each set
