THURSDAY: 5PM

WARMUP:  Supine Leg Whip – 2 sets of 10 each leg; TGU x 3 each side – 24Kg

BENCH PRESS
185lbs x 8 reps x 2 sets

DEADLIFT
280lbs x 6 reps (irritated left lumbar* – stopped)

HIP THRUST
280lbs x 8 reps x 2 sets

CIRCUIT x 5 sets
Goblet Squat – 24Kg x 10
Single Leg Deadlift – 24Kg x 8 reps each leg
Pull up x 5
Chin up x 5
Ring Pushups (feet elevated) x 10

NOTE:
AM Heart Rate – 43bpm
*Compensating for pulled right calf – need to reduce weight until calf is stable
