WARMUP: 45lb bar – 20 reps – Good Morning; 20 reps behind back press; 20 reps overhead squat

CIRCUIT x 5 sets each; 1 min recovery each set
Bulgarian Split Squat – 75lbs x 8 reps each leg
Pullup x 8 reps
Single Leg Bridge – 24Kg x 10 reps each leg
Chinup x 8 reps
Front Squat – 75lbs x 10reps
Overhead Press – 75lbs x 10reps
Jump Rope x 75 skips

AM Heart Rate – 44bpm
Right calf improved; limited ROM right ankle; Left Lumbar improved
Body Weight 177lbs
