MONDAY; 5PM

WARMUP: Supine Leg Whip – 1 sets of 10 each leg; Turkish Getup – 25lbs x 5 reps each side

CIRCUIT x 5 sets each; 1 min recovery each set
Jump Rope – 50
Bulgarian Split Squat – 95lbs x 5 reps each leg
Pull up x 8 reps (last set 15 reps)
Single Leg Bridge – 80lb x 10 reps each leg
Chin up x 8 reps
Front Squat – 95lbs x 10reps
Single Leg Deadlift – 24Kg x 10reps each leg
60 Meter hill run – 75% effort

NOTE:
AM Heart Rate – 48bpm
Body Weight – 175lbs
Right ankle limited ROM
