SATURDAY; 11PM

WARMUP: Supine Leg Whip – 2 sets of 10 each leg;  Turkish Getup – 25lbs x 5 reps each side

CIRCUIT x 5 sets each; 1 min recovery each set
Bulgarian Split Squat – 95lbs x 5 reps each leg
Pull up x 8 reps
Single Leg Bridge – 80lb x 10 reps each leg
Chin up x 8 reps
Front Squat – 95lbs x 10reps
Single Leg Deadlift – 24Kg x 10reps each leg
Jump Rope x 100 skips

INCLINE BENCH PRESS (no recovery)
135lb x 5
185lb x 10
155lb x 8
135lb x 8

ALFREDSON HEEL DROP
45lb x 15 reps left leg
25lb x 15 reps right leg

NOTE:
AM Heart Rate – 47bpm
