TUESDAY; 5PM

WARMUP: Supine Leg Whip – 1 set of 20 each leg; Turkish Getup – 25lbs x 20 reps each side

20 REPS (2-4 minute recovery between exercises)
Bulgarian Split Squat – 95lbs x 10 reps each leg x 2 sets
Pull up x 15 reps / 30 sec rest / 5 reps
Single Leg Bridge – 53lb x 20 reps each leg
Chin up x 10 reps / 30 sec rest / 5 reps / 15 sec rest / 5 reps
Front Squat – 95lbs x 20reps
Single Leg Deadlift – 24Kg x 20 reps each leg
Incline Bench Press – 135lbs x 20 reps
Alfredson Heel Drop – Left leg 45lbs x 20 reps; Right leg 25lbs x 20 reps

NOTE:
AM Heart Rate – 47bpm
