WARMUP: Supine Leg Whip – 1 set of 10 each leg

CIRCUIT x 5 sets each; 1 min recovery each set and each round
Pull up x 8 reps
Ring Dips x 5
Clean & Press – 135 lbs x 5
Chin up x 8 reps
Farmer Walk – 90 lbs x 50 meters
One Arm Row – 65 lbs x 10 each side
