CIRCUIT x 6 (4 min recovery each round)
Incline Bench Press – 185 lbs x 8 reps
KB Snatch – 53lbx x 10 reps each arm
Overhead Shrug – 53 lbs x 10 reps each side
Hill Run – 150 meters @ 75% effort

NOTE:
AM Heart Rate – 47 bpm
