CLEAN (1 minute recovery)

SQUAT
135 lbs x 30 reps x 1 set
185 lbs x 12 reps x 1 set

FRONT SQUAT
135 lbs x 10 reps x 1 set

OVERHEAD SQUAT
90 lbs x 10 reps x 1 set

PISTOL SQUAT
2 sets of 10 reps each leg

WEIGHTED CARRY
Overhead – 90 lbs – 40 meters
Suitcase – 90 lbs – 40 meters x 2
Two 45lb plates – 40 meters x 2

HANGING LEG LIFTS
