SUNDAY; 11 AM

TRACK
Dynamic Warm up and Sprint Drills x 1 set (30 minutes);
Run (85% effort with 4 minute recovery: 200 meters; 150 meters; 100 meters; 50 meters

STADIUM STAIRS (1/2 way to top with 1 minute recovery)
Stair sprints – 20 reps – 5 seconds
Pushups – 20 sets of 10 reps decline (18″) between each sprint

NOTE:
AM resting HR 47bpm
