45 lb dumb-bells (90 lbs) x 10 reps x 5 sets

SQUAT
50 lb dumbells  (100 lbs) x 10 reps x 5 sets

BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT
2 sets of 10 reps – 50 lb dumb-bells (100 lbs)

SINGLE LEG BRIDGE
2 sets of 20 reps – 50 lb dumb-bell
