TABATA WORKOUT (120 squats in 4′)
Body Weight Squats – 8 rounds of 20″ work 10″ rest

INCLINE BENCH PRESS (1′ recovery)
50 lb dumb bells (100 lbs) – 10 sets of 10 reps

ONE ARM ROW (no recovery)
50 lb dumb bell – 5 sets of 10 reps

1/2 mile run
