HILL SPRINT (90-95% effort, 1′ recovery)
60 meters x 12 reps

SQUAT (1′ recovery)
200 lbs – 20 sets of 5 reps (20,000 lbs)

PULLOVER (2′ recovery)
65 LB barbell – 5 sets of 8 reps

NOTE:
