INCLINE BENCH PRESS
145 lbs – 6 sets x 10 reps (1 min rest)
145 lbs – 1 set x 9 reps (90 secs rest)
145 lbs x 3 sets x 8 reps (90 secs rest)

PULL UPS / CHIN UPS  (25 1/2 minutes)
40 sets of 3 reps – (25 seconds recovery)

AB WHEEL
1 set x 15 reps

NOTE:
