WARMUP: 100 Meters easy, 150 meter hill, 150 meters easy

HILL SPRINT (95% effort, 4′ recovery walk/jog)
160 meters x 5 reps

PULL-UP / PISTOL SQUAT (80 reps each)
4 reps of each on the minute – 20 minutes

NOTE:
AM Weight: 177 lbs
AM Heart Rate: 49bpm
