INCLINE BENCH PRESS (100 reps)
145 lbs – 5 sets x 10 reps – 1′ recovery
145 lbx – 5 sets x 10 reps – 90″ recovery

PULL UPS / CHIN UPS (200 reps)
25 sets of 4 reps (25 sec recovery)
50 sets of 2 reps (10 sec recovery)

NOTE:
AM Body Weight: 178 lbs
