HILL SPRINT (95 – 100 % effort, 3′ recovery)
160 meters x 5 reps

PULL UPS / / PISTOL SQUATS (30 reps; 90″ recovery)
10 reps // 5 reps each leg – repeat x 3 sets

NOTE:
