SATURDAY; 1:30PM

CIRCUIT x 5 (1′ recovery)
Bench Press – 185 lbs –  5 reps
Kettlebell Swing – 24 kg – 10 reps each arm
Kettlebell Snatch – 24 kg – 5 reps each arm
Ab Wheel – 10 reps

SHRUG (supine grip)
3 sets of 15 reps – 185 lbs

NOTE:
AM Heart Rate: 50 bpm
AM Body Weight: 177 lbs
