SUNDAY 9 AM – cold, rainy

WARMUP: 100 meters easy, 150 meter hill, 150 meters easy

HILL SPRINT (1′ recovery)
60 meters x 12 reps (2 reps < 11 secs; 8 reps < 10.5 secs;  2  reps < 10 secs)

SQUAT (2′ recovery each set)
245 lbs – 5 sets of 5 reps

NOTE:
AM Weight 177 lbs
AM Heart Rate: 49 bpm
