WARMUP: 100 meters easy, 150 meter hill, 150 meters easy

HILL SPRINT (2′ recovery)
160 meters x 5 reps – 95% effort

SQUAT (1′ recovery each set)
135 lbs – 1 set x 10 reps
225 lbs – 1 set x 5 reps
245 lbs – 5 reps 1 minute apart
260 lbs  – 1 rep
225 lbs – 1 set x 5 reps

NOTE:

AM Weight 178 lbs
