HILL SPRINT (2′ recovery)
160 meters x 4 reps – 90-95% effort

SQUAT (1′ recovery)
135 lbs x 5 reps
200 x 10 reps x 5 sets

NOTE:
AM Body Weight 178
Fighting illness (fatigue, dizziness, head congestion)
