SQUAT (2.5′ recovery)
225 lbs x 8 reps x 1 set
255 lbs x 5 reps x 5 sets

ALFREDSON HEEL EXERCISE (+25 lbs)
3 sets x 5 reps each leg

NOTE:
AM Body Weight 180 lbs
AM Heart Rate 47 bpm
Hamstrings sore, ankles tight
