SQUAT / SPRINT (3′ recovery)
225 lbs x 5 reps x 1 set
260 lbs x 5 reps x 5 sets  (20 meter sprint each set)

NOTE:
AM Body Weight 180 lbs
AM Heart Rate 46 bpm
