HILL SPRINT (160 meters – 3′ recovery)
4 reps – 90-95% effort 30.1″   27.70″   27.4″  27.70″

SQUATS/PLYOMETRICS (3-4′ recovery)
135 lbs x 10 reps
225 lbs x 5 reps
275 lbs x 3 reps
250 lbs x 10 reps
Viking toss with 8 lb medicine ball x 1 between each set

NOTE:
AM Body Weight 177 lbs
