WEDNESDAY; 4:00 AM

CIRCUIT x 5 sets; 10 seconds recovery between exercise; 4 minutes recovery each set
Overhead Press – 125 lbs x 3 reps
Split Squat – 125 lbs x 5 reps each leg
Chin-up x 5 reps
Single Leg Deadlift – 80 lbs x 3 reps each leg
Overhead Squat – 125 lbs x 2 reps
Single Leg Push-up – 10 reps
Jump Rope x 50
