CIRCUIT x 4 sets; 10 seconds recovery between exercise; 4 minutes recovery each set
Jump Rope x 50
Overhead Press – 125 lbs x 3 reps
Split Squat – 125 lbs x 5 reps each leg
Ring Chin-up x 5 reps
Single Leg Deadlift – 53 lbs x 5 reps each leg
Front Squat – 125 lbs x 5 reps
Single Leg Push-up – 10 reps
