215 x 2 + ball slams
210 x 3 + ball slams
185 x 5 + ball slams

OVERHEAD SQUAT (4 min rest)
95 x 5 reps x 3 sets

RING CHIN – UPS (4 min rest)
+ 25 lbs x 5 reps
+ 45 lbs x 3 reps x 2 sets
