Overhead Press x 10 / Push Press x 10 – 95 lb barbell
Push Ups
Hip Thrust – 135 lbs
Deadlift – 135 lbs
Bench Press – 125 lbs
Rings Pull-up x 10 (30s) 5 (30s 5
Single Arm Row – 50 lbs (each side)
Scapular exercise – 10 lbs
Front Raise – 25 lb plate
