CIRCUIT X 5 (1 minute recovery between exercises; 2 mins between each circuit)
Turkish Get Up – 24 Kg x 1 each side
Incline Bench Press – 135 lbs x 8 reps
Rings Chin-up x 5 (30s)
Kettle-bell Snatch – 24 Kg x 10 reps
