MONDAY; 4 AM

WARMUP: Shoulder dislocates

CIRCUIT X 5 (1 minute recovery between exercises; 3 mins between each circuit)
Turkish Get Up – 24 Kg x 1 each side
Incline Bench Press – 185 lbs x 2 reps
Rings Chin-up x 5 reps
Dips x 5 reps
Kettle-bell Snatch – 24 Kg x 10 reps
