SPRINTS  (85% effort on grass field)
100 yards, walk back and repeat x 8 reps

WICKET SPRINT DRILL (2 minute rest each rep)
12 wickets set from 4’6″ to 6′ x 8 reps

SQUAT
135lbs x 5 reps
225 x 5 reps
255 x 5 reps

REVERSE SLED PULL (40 meters up hill)
+45lbs x 4 reps
