HIP THRUST

DEAD LIFT (pronated grip)
245 x 5 reps x 2 sets

SQUAT
195 x 5 reps x 2 sets

OVERHEAD PRESS
95 x 5 reps x 2 sets

WEIGHTED PULLOVER (45 lb bar)
3 sets of 10 reps

KETTLEBELL SNATCH (24 kg )
20 reps

NOTE:
