20 REPS
Split Squat – 95 lbs each leg
Single Leg Deadlift – 24 kg each leg
Ring Chin-ups – 5 reps x 4 sets
Kettlebell Snatch – 24 kg each side

PUSH-UPS – 1 set x 45 reps
