FRIDAY; 4 am

CIRCUIT x 4  – 2 minutes recovery each set
Split Squat – 155 lbs x 4 reps each leg
Pull-ups – + 25 lbs x 4 reps
Front Squat – 155 lbs x 4 reps
Single Leg RDL – 36 kg x 5 reps each leg
Single-arm Kettle-bell Swing – 36 kg x 10 reps
Dips – 8 reps
