CIRCUIT x 3 (4 minutes recovery each set)
Split Squat – 135 lb x 5 reps each leg
Front Squat -135 lb x 5 reps
Push Press – 135 lb x 5 reps
Ring Chin-ups  x 5 reps
Dips x 5 reps

PUSH-UP
40 reps x 1 set
