BENCH PRESS (1 rep each 10 seconds)
100 lb x 5 reps x 2 sets

FRONT SQUAT (1 rep each 10 seconds)
185 lb x 5 reps x 1 set

FRONT SQUAT (1 rep each 10 seconds)
185 lb x 5 reps x 1 set

DEAD LIFT
185 lb x 5 reps x 2 sets

NOTE:
Cold symptoms from 10/8 – 10/14;  continuing rehab of left shoulder
